EPA, DHA, and source differences
Nordic Naturals Algae Omega declares 585 mg of combined EPA and DHA per two-softgel serving: 195 mg EPA and 390 mg DHA. California Gold Premium Fish Oil declares 600 mg combined per two-softgel serving: 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA. Both recorded labels direct one serving per day, but one source is algae oil and the other is fish oil.
Package and price context
The selected snapshots are $30.95 for 30 Nordic Naturals servings and $12.20 for 50 California Gold servings. The comparison preserves EPA and DHA separately because similar combined totals can have different component amounts.
Limits of the comparison
Source material, EPA and DHA amounts, softgel count, and price do not establish purity, effectiveness, safety, tolerance, bioavailability, or suitability. The source records and verification dates shown on the page define the evidence used here.
